About Lithrim

Lithrim is a healthcare AI observability platform that verifies what AI agents write to clinical systems — not just what they say. When an AI scribe, triage bot, or scheduling agent produces a clinical artifact (SOAP note, referral letter, prescription), Lithrim checks it against the source conversation for faithfulness, completeness, and safety. Each artifact receives a verdict — PASS, WARN, or BLOCK — before it can be written to the electronic health record. Lithrim detects critical safety issues including wrong dosages, fabricated medical history, missed allergies, wrong laterality, incorrect codes, and missed escalations.
